Restoring
Deleted Files From Recycle Bin:
If you want to retrieve a file from the Recycle Bin, you can do this in two different ways.
The
first approach is to use the restore function created in the recycle bin.
Select the files you want to restore and then click on the Restore the selected
items button in the top bar of the Recycle Bin window or right click on them
and select Restore.
Alternatively,
if you want to restore all items in the Recycle Bin, you can click the Restore
all items button at the top of the Recycle Bin window.
Permanently Deleting Files from Recycle Bin:
It
is important to remember that although you have deleted these files, you can
still access them and they are taking up space on your computer's hard drive.
It is possible to delete these files permanently using two methods. But this
depends on whether you want to delete specific files or all files in the
Recycle Bin.
i) Deleting Individual Files:
To
delete specific files, select the files you want to delete, and then
right-click and choose the Delete option.
ii) Emptying the Recycle Bin:
If
you want to delete all of the Recycle Bin files, right-click the Recycle Bin
icon on the desktop and click Empty.

1-
In this screen, you will see a list of hard drive letters on your computer and
how many spaces are there in each of them.

this, you can specify the maximum size for the Recycle Bin of each drive. This
setting is different for each drive, so you can modify these settings as needed
by selecting each drive. This maximum size setting is set to 5% -10% of the
total size of the hard drive by default.
2-
Alternatively, you can close the Recycle Bin by selecting the radio button of
the move files to the Recycle Bin. On selecting this option, any files you
delete will be deleted permanently without going into the Recycle Bin.
Therefore, this option is not recommended.
3-Generally, when you delete the file, a confirmation popup comes to confirm it.
Unchecking
the option delete confirmation dialog option will not cause this dialog box and
items will be moved directly to the Recycle Bin upon deletion.
